Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Les plats étaient vraiment savoureux avec une présentation dans l’assiette digne d’un grand restaurant. Le cadre est très agréable, les tables raffinées et le service chaleureux.

A notre arrivée , pas de table disponible malgré notre réservation. On nous a proposé d'attendre environ 1/2 heure au bar pour prendre l'apéritif. Nous avons bien attendu 1/2 heure au bar mais le serveur n'est jamais venu prendre notre commande bien que j'ai fait une tentative de commande en me déplaçant jusqu'au comptoir. Il n'y avait qu'un menu unique à 50€ avec au choix 2 entrées , 2 plats et 2 desserts. Le repas fût quant à lui excellent mais l'ambiance était très guindée !

Ce qui m’a frappé lors de mon séjour au Roi Théodore c’est la qualité de la carte. Spécialement les desserts et les vins. Les meilleurs vins de Corse (Patrimonio, région d’Aléria…) sont à la carte et s’accordent parfaitement avec le reste des mets. Les desserts sont excellents et légers à la fois. Le feuilleté craquant framboise au bourbon était un régal, le tout très agréablement présenté. Bien que rassasié, on en redemanderait encore.
