decevant cette année les plats ne sont pas aux rendez vous pour un menu aussi chere. Sauce beaucoup trop corsé en genieve. a par cela les gouts etait assez fade. Niveau dessert le chocolat et le fruit de la passion donnez un gout assez ecoeurant Le sommelier nous avez conseiller un vin rouge qui n'etait pas au niveau Resultat: tres decu par rapport a l'annee derniere en esperant que l'annee prochaine ils s'arrange !!!!!

Le Bonheur! Accueil extraordinaire: discret et attentif. Le cadre est exceptionnel. La décoration sobre et raffiné. Les mets et les vins d'un raffinement extrême en restant proche de la nature et de ce beau pays qu'est l'Aveyron. Le village de Belcastel est l'un des plus beaux de France.
