Bonsoir ,deux personnes ont commandés un pavé de boeuf , qui était enfin de compte un steak plié en 2 et trop cuit et 1 fondue avec du fromage trop frais car elle se séparait. On avait déjà été dans ce restaurant tout était bien,il y aurait-il une différence quand on réserve avec LaFourchette ?

Une des spécialités est le tartare de b?uf de chez Veyrat ( le meilleur boucher d Ànnecy): la viande était très nerveuse la réponse du patron à été : je ne suis pas dans la viande!
