Il faudrait une carte des vins un peu plus étoffée (Côte du Rhône blanc notamment) et en Biodynamie, ça serait top! Bravo pour les choix de vins de Vignerons indépendants.Et avec un petit tarif spécifique à LaFourchette à -25% par exemple, ça serait parfait!

Excellente table découverte à Levallois, que je recommande vivement. L'entrée ?uf poché aux morilles, émulsion Parmentière fut divine. Parfaite combinaison des aliments et saveurs. La suite n'a pas dépareillé avec un hamburger gastronomique de canard et foie gras de canard, accompagné des plus grosses frites maison qu'il m'a été donné de manger. En dessert, un moelleux à la crème de marron fort sympathique. Service très agréable et le chef est venu recueillir nos impressions à la fin du repas. Reste une addition un peu élevée. On aurait aimé jouir d'une promotion LaFourchette.

Que de bonheurs culinaires et que de charmantes attentions depuis le changement de propriétaires! Des produits frais et de qualité. Rare de nos jours. Cher mais de loin justifié.
