nous aurions aimé un léger fond musical , (musique douce).Ns avons pris un menu à 61 euros pour le dejeuner, et ns avons très bien mangés. A refaire.

J'ai pris le menu à 102 euros: l'huître spéciale qui accompagne la galette de blé noir sublime le plat, un grand moment! Une excellente soirée qui nous rend la vie plus agréable parce qu'on en reparle le lendemain.

L'emplacement rue Royale est un peu décevant. La salle ou nous avons déjeuné est plutôt "tristounette". Cependant la cuisine, ainsi que le déroulement du repas, sont très satisfaisants.

Tout était comme on s'y s'attendait. L'équipe était nombreuse et attentive sans être obséquieuse. Les mets : tout était bien réussi, en particulier les soupes, celles de salsifis et celle de topinambour en amuse-bouche. Très fins amuse-bouches et même les petit fours lors de l'attente du dessert. Belle sélection des vins au verre ; je conseille le verre de Limoux 2008. En fin de compte rien de décevant.

There are too many staff personal running back and forth and filling your wine glass every 3 minutes which is intrusive and unnecessary. Expected a better tasting meal for this price point.
