Presentation

Le nom choisit pour notre restaurant "La Gigantea", provient du tournesol de la région de Palencia, d'où est originaire Angel Garcia Puertas, propriétaire du Mas Passamaner, particulièrement connu pour sa taille, géante.

Les cuisiniers de "la Gigantea" sont supervisés par le prestigieux chef Jaochim Koerper, détenteur de 5 étoiles Michelin. Son mélange, qui lui ait propre, de saveurs et de textures des produits locaux, réinvente ainsi la cuisine classique méditerrannéenne, réservant parfois des... Read more surprises déconcertantes.

Notre cave se compose de vins d'appellation d'origine contrôlées (AOC) espagnoles tels que : Priorato, Penedés, Somontano, Albariño, mais ausi les célèbres Ribera del Duero et Rueda, sans oublier Cigales, Toro, Rioja, Bierzo et Lanzarote.
