Saidjon and Audrey marry traditions and flavours from Uzbekistan to create a genuine dining-experience right in the heart of Paris, 53 Rue Amelot in the 11th district.

The former Chef of Tashkent%u2019s International Hotel is responsible for the creative tasty menu made of traditional dishes. Let%u2019s try his Plov, Samsa, Manto or Langman, and enjoy Boukhara%u2019s spices tea as a sweet final touch!
