Presentation

Dans le village de la Clusaz, rendez-vous dans cette ancienne scierie familiale reconvertie en restaurant. Tantôt rustique, tantôt branchée, la Scierie sait alterner les genres entre ambiance « chalet et feu de cheminée », et soirées « Live Music ».

La carte rend bien compte de ce mélange tradition-modernité. Car à côté d’un plateau du Bûcheron (tartiflette, diot, polenta aux cèpes et charcuterie) qui ne vous laissera pas sur votre faim, vous trouvez des ravioles à la truffe blanche ou du carpaccio... Read more de bœuf.
