Very Norman, the décor in this establishment is elegant and sober at the same time. The walls are white, the tables discreet, there are visible beams and candles for the intimate part... The décor is clearly simple and authentic, miles away from bad taste or extravagance. The fire place is ideal for a dinner... Read more à deux and it confirms the impression of comfort and warmth. The warmth also comes from the service, as you will no doubt discover with Lina who will be at your service with her adorable Ukrainian accent. She will turn you meal into an exceptional moment !
As for the cuisine, well it is most certainly gourmet. That was Gérard’s intention when taking over this establishment, after having worked in the most prestigious restaurants. And he turned this restaurant into a must-stop in the region. Fish and meat are fighting for stardom thanks to this very talented Chef... Juices and sauces will melt on your tongue, products from the sea have magnificent flavours and the meats will have your senses awaken... Refinement is clearly on the menu in this restaurant where the purpose is not to reinvent French cuisine but simply to give you the best of it!
